For this reason we would prefer to rent to families who will treat it with care. - The Gite is situated on the first floor of a classic Savoie farmhouse. The ground floor is occupied by owners. However it has a completely separate entrance.

Stove with 1 electric ring and 3 gas rings, fridge/freezer 150 litre capacity, fully equipped kitchen, oven, micro-wave, dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, crockery etc for 10 people, central vacuum system, dish washer and washing machine.
- Living Room : 119 sq. metres, tiled floor, painted walls, Velux window and double doors leading to balcony, 2 double settees, one of which is a fold-away double bed. TV (TNT SAT, English, Deutch...), DVD player, Hi-Fi system.
- Bedroom A : 21 square metres with a Velux window, painted walls, wooden floor, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a single bed (90cm x 190cm).
- Bedroom B : 14 square metres with a Velux window, painted walls, wooden floor, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and double bed (140cm x 190cm).
- Bathroom : 6 square metres, corner bath with shower over, vanity unit and 2 wash hand basins.
- WC : separate WC (2 square metres) with wash hand basin.
- Balcony : Portable clothes dryer, bench, table and sun loungers.
